Talent Acquisition Managers at Example Corp form strategic partnerships with our hiring managers to enable informed, data-driven decisions that result in the best hires. This is a high-visibility role in which you’ll work with top leaders in the SaaS industry in an environment committed to defining what "best" looks like in recruiting.

What you'll do
Understand and apply data effectively in your searches, positively impacting the Talent Acquisition team's overall metrics
Develop strategic hiring manager partnerships and empower informed decision-making
Build and execute targeted diversity sourcing strategies in adherence with our internal standards
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout each of your interview processes

You should have
Full-cycle recruitment experience, including demonstrated success in running Director-level searches
Demonstrated understanding of structured hiring and the role of DE&I in it
Motivation to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
Effective time management and prioritization skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills that resonate with our brand voice
