Senior Engineer II, Industrialization Process Automation and IT

Job Description:

Join us as a Senior Engineer driving the next generation of manufacturing technology. You'll lead process automation and IT initiatives that optimize industrialization, improve efficiency, and enable sustainable operations at a global scale.

What will you do?

Manage industrial projects including facility localization, production transfers, and capacity expansion initiatives

Develop and deploy advanced automation and IT solutions that enhance production quality and efficiency

Lead cross-functional collaboration with procurement, quality, and logistics teams to achieve project goals

Implement quality design and design-to-cost methodologies that drive innovation and operational performance

Automation Integration - intermediate level; implementing automated systems that enhance manufacturing workflows

Autonomous Mobile Robot - intermediate level; deploying robotics to optimize material flow and production processes

Manufacturing Execution System - intermediate level; configuring MES platforms to support real-time production management

Manufacturing Process Optimization - intermediate level; analyzing and improving production efficiency across operations

Project Management - intermediate level; leading complex industrial projects from concept through implementation

Lean Methodology - intermediate level; applying lean principles to eliminate waste and drive continuous improvement

Change Management - intermediate level; guiding teams through technology adoption and process transformation

Risk Management - intermediate level; identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure successful delivery
