Senior Lead Software Engineer (ServiceNow)

About you – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Minimum 7 years of experience in strong implementation, design, configuration and development in ServiceNow platform.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies & DevOps practices.

It would be great if you also have experience in:

Experience in NowAssist & Agentic AI capabilities.

Good to have ServiceNow certifications in CIS-ITSM, CSA, CAD, CIS-Discovery, CIS-HAM, CIS-SAM.

What will you be doing in this role:

Design, configure, develop ServiceNow requirements across ITOM Cloud Discovery, CMDB, ITSM, HAM & SAM modules.

Configure and develop scalable integrations with enterprise systems.

Configure and develop UI policies, Business Rules, Flow Designer flows, Script Includes, Client Scripts etc.

Good to have experience in designing AI-driven workflows leveraging: Now Assist, Virtual Agent, AI Search, AI Agents capabilities.

Collaborate with team members to participate in code reviews, sprint release planning, platform upgrades, and production support.

Mentor and help junior developers by providing technical guidance and suggesting best practices.
