Per la nostra sede di Ravenna stiamo ricercando una risorsa da inserire come Recruiter.

Cosa farai?

Gestirai attività di reclutamento e selezione di candidati, dai profili middle ai top manager.

Ti occuperai delle attività amministrative legate alla gestione dei lavoratori (es. gestione contratti/proroghe/cessazioni, inserimento presenze, etc).

Requisiti

Diploma di scuola superiore o Laurea

Esperienza professionale dai 6 mesi ai 2 anni in ambito sales/HR

Capacità di definire le priorità bilanciando l'attività commerciale e di risorse umane

Attitudine alla collaborazione per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi della filiale

Interesse per il settore HR

Patente B e auto propria

Cosa offriamo

Contratto a tempo determinato, ccnl terziario-commercio (4 o 3 livello)

RAL: 25-28K

Ticket restaurant, sistema di bonus a raggiungimento obiettivi, welfare aziendale

Orario full time dal lunedì al venerdì, con saltuaria richiesta di disponibilità il sabato
