Administrador de Datos - Materiales.

Como Administrador de datos en materiales, ingresarás datos y códigos necesarios para procesar información, recuperarás, confirmarás y actualizarás datos almacenados. Mantendrás registros de entradas de datos, así como bitácoras de mensajes entrantes y salientes de los sistemas. Monitorearás pantallas para detectar posibles fallas, identificarás errores mediante procedimientos de verificación y realizarás cambios según las instrucciones recibidas. Este es un puesto de nivel inicial.

La posición se encuentra ubicada en Empresalia Querétaro.

Responsabilidades Clave:

Colaborar directamente con los clientes internos de Estados Unidos para seguimiento, aclaraciones, verificación, validación y solución de problemas en la administración de datos.

Captura y mantenimiento básico de datos relacionados con el área de materiales.

Apoyar en proyectos de mantenimiento de datos asignados (por ejemplo, reportes de revisión de salud de datos o análisis de BI).

Contribuir a los resultados del equipo de Data Management Operations y trabajar para alcanzar los objetivos establecidos.

Requisitos:

Es indispensable tener un nivel de inglés avanzado conversacional, para mantener llamadas y reuniones de trabajo con Estados Unidos. Algún tipo de experiencia o conocimiento de administración en manejo de materiales y/o manejo o administración de datos. (6 meses a 2 años)

Nivel de escolaridad, Licenciatura terminada.

Capacidad para resolver problemas y trabajar en equipo.

Atención al detalle indispensable.

Capacidad de análisis de datos.

Excelentes habilidades de planeación y organización.

Conocimiento/ uso de algún ERP (SAP o Oracle sería un Plus)
