Key Responsibilities:

- Review and refine AI-generated content related to employment law concepts, case studies, compliance scenarios, and best practices

- Assess AI outputs for legal accuracy, practical relevance, and alignment with current employment law standards

- Develop realistic employment law scenarios using your professional expertise

- Draft scenario variations representing perspectives of lawyers, clients, HR professionals, and regulators

- Identify gaps, inaccuracies, or faulty reasoning in AI-generated legal material

- Apply your legal background to ensure training data mirrors authentic legal analysis, documentation, and decision-making processes

About You:

- Senior-level employment lawyer with substantial professional experience in the EU or UK

- Deep understanding of employment law, compliance issues, and practical case management

- Skilled in critiquing legal documents, contracts, and regulatory frameworks

- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of offering actionable feedback independently

- Available 8–20 hours weekly and able to respond promptly

- Residency in the UK or EU is required
