We are seeking EU or UK-based CTOs and senior technology experts to train and refine AI systems on executive technology leadership, product strategy, technical architecture, and organizational best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and refine AI-generated content relating to executive technology management, technical strategy, and digital transformation

- Evaluate the accuracy and practicality of AI suggestions on technology vision, team structure, and business alignment

- Create real-world scenarios and case studies based on your CTO or senior tech leadership experience

- Generate scenario variations that reflect best practices, forward-thinking tech strategies, and industry standards

- Identify risks, gaps, or ambiguities in AI-generated content, providing actionable, structured feedback to boost accuracy

- Guide AI systems to better understand and apply key CTO-level decision-making and technology leadership concepts

About You

- Experienced CTO or senior technology leader with deep knowledge in tech strategy, digital transformation, and executive decision-making

- Based in the EU or UK

- Skilled in technical leadership, organizational design, product development, and innovation management

- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to provide clear, constructive feedback

- Available for 8–20 hours per week and comfortable with asynchronous, remote collaboration
