WHAT WE DO

You will join Relativity’s Import Export organization, a high-impact engineering team at the heart of our Ingestion Department. We build and scale the infrastructure that powers secure, reliable, and high-throughput data movement across our SaaS platform.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Advanced (Mid) Software Engineer, your primary mission will be to design, write, test, deploy, and support Relativity software products. You will work within an established team and partner with business stakeholders to develop the product features and services that drive and evolve the RelativityOne SaaS platform.

Job Description and Requirements

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Create architecture and non-functional designs for Import/Export services that meet SLO and SLA targets

Decompose complex business and technical challenges into resilient, cloud-native solutions

Deliver project milestones with measurable outcomes

Drive operational excellence by leveraging observability data to prioritize work, automate alerting, and expose reliable metrics

Design and implement CI/CD automation that supports predictable, compliant deployments

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support software products and services

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Required

3+ years of experience shipping C#/.NET or similar services with measurable reliability or performance improvements

Experience designing distributed and event-driven SaaS systems and translating business requirements into resilient technical solutions

Production ownership experience, including participation in on-call rotations and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities

Experience delivering cloud-native applications and services (Azure experience preferred, but not required)

Hands-on experience with CI/CD automation, automated testing, and deployment governance

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

English fluency for technical communication

Preferred

Experience working with Azure cloud services

Experience supporting large-scale data movement, ingestion, or platform infrastructure services

Strong background in observability, monitoring, and operational excellence practices

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values: 160 000 and 240 000PLN

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
