About the role

As our next Warehouse Supervisor to proudly represent our Maintenance Team on an 8/6 roster out at our Gruyere Project, you will live for challenges and thrive on the variety of work available. In this role, you will:

Lead, mentor, and support a team of warehouse personnel.

Maintain a high standard of housekeeping across the warehouse, yard, and outbuildings.

Manage inbound and outbound freight logistics, ensuring safety, accuracy, and timely delivery.

Oversee cost-effective and efficient warehouse operations.

Receive, dispatch, and track all stock entering and leaving the site.

Lead and facilitate toolbox meetings as required.

Complete tasks as directed by the Maintenance Superintendent.

Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovation within Thiess work practices.

About you

Previous experience in a similar position within the resources sector.

Demonstrated experience and training in Chain of Responsibility requirements.

Experience managing a warehousing team.

Experience with Pronto or JDE (highly desirable).

A current WA driver's licence (HR preferred).

A valid forklift ticket.

A current National Police Clearance.

Possess a positive leadership style, with exceptional time-management skills and the ability to pivot around priorities while providing guidance, assistance, and supervision to the maintenance team.

Proven compliance and commitment to health and safety at all times.
