About the role

2:1 roster (7D7N7RR) & 2:2 (7D7N14RR) | FIFO Perth to Iron Bridge Mine

In this role, you will:

Operating machinery efficiently, safely, and competently to ensure maximum output

Complying with Thiess’ policies and procedures

Responding to instructions from Mining Supervisor

Operate, drive and move material as directed to prepare operating areas and roads

Setting and maintain high housekeeping standards

Carrying out pre-start checks

About you

3 years experience operating a Grader and Excavator (up to 75t) in a production mining operation

Equivalent or specific experience operating;

Loader - CAT 980

Excavator - up to 75t including Rockbreaker attachment

Grader 16M - desirable

Possess strong mining operational skills and be able to demonstrate your ability in maintaining windrows, spillage, general road, pit and mining maintenance

Sound knowledge and understanding of mining operations

Proven compliance and commitment to health and safety at all times
