About the role
Based at our Hazelmere facility on a Monday to Friday roster supporting the WA & SA Thiess Asset Operations.
In this role, you will:
Liaise with customers and suppliers
Maintain registers and records of hired and owned assets.
Creating, processing and reconciliation of Purchase Orders and Invoices.
Processing expense claims
Assist with day to day functions of the workshop
About you
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in a similar position.
Experience with JDE (or similar payroll/procurement tool).
Ability to work unsupervised, strong problem solving and time management skills.
Analytical approach to business, practices self auditing processes.
Industry experience will be essential.
