Manager Consulting Delivery

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager – Actimize with 12–15 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) solutions using the NICE Actimize platform. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Actimize AML, Fraud Management, Case Management, Java, SQL, Oracle, and enterprise application architecture, along with proven experience leading technical teams and delivering large-scale banking transformation projects. The role involves driving technical strategy, solution architecture, project delivery, stakeholder management, and mentoring engineering teams while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practice

Your future duties and responsibilities

Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of NICE Actimize solutions for Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Fraud Detection, and Financial Crime Compliance.

Manage cross-functional development teams, providing technical leadership and mentoring.

Define solution architecture and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance Actimize implementations.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Compliance teams, Solution Architects, QA, and Infrastructure teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Oversee end-to-end project delivery, including estimation, sprint planning, resource allocation, release planning, and production deployments.

Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, and architecture governance to ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

Configure and customise Actimize modules, workflows, rules, and case management processes.

Ensure seamless integration of Actimize with core banking systems, payment platforms, customer databases, and third-party applications.

Drive performance optimisation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for production issues.

Support DevOps initiatives, CI/CD implementation, and automation of deployment processes.

Manage technical risks, dependencies, and project escalations while ensuring timely delivery.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, security policies, and internal governance requirements.

Foster continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of modern engineering practices across the team.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

12–15 years of IT experience, including significant experience in NICE Actimize implementation and enterprise application development.

Minimum 4–6 years of experience leading technical teams and managing enterprise-scale delivery.

Strong expertise in Java-based application development and enterprise integration.

Experience implementing AML, Fraud, and Financial Crime Compliance solutions in banking environments.

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.

Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
