We are looking for a high-octane Sr. HR Business Partner Manager to support our Americas (AMS) Sales, Marketing, and Finance organizations. You will be the strategic architect helping our Go-To-Market (GTM) and Finance leaders build, scale, structure, and reward the teams driving our global revenue. The Role You will serve as the primary HR strategist and organizational consultant for our AMS Sales, Marketing, Hyperscaler/Alliance, and Finance organizations. This is a high-visibility role where you will align talent strategy with aggressive SaaS commercial objectives—ensuring our GTM organization is structurally optimized, high-performing, and built to scale within complex enterprise cloud environments. Logistics Location: Remote, or hybrid out of our El Segundo, CA or Milpitas, CA offices. Work Arrangement: While this role has recently been opened to remote candidates across the US, local candidates may elect a hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days in office). Periodic travel for critical in-person leadership meetings and strategy sessions will be required for remote team members.
