What you’ll need to join us:

- 2+ years of experience as a Motion Designer

- Proficiency in After Effects, Figma, and Adobe Photoshop

- A portfolio that clearly reflects your skills and creative style

- Ability to follow briefs while contributing your own ideas

- Strong grasp of composition, editing techniques, rhythm, and color

Nice to have:

- Familiarity with AI tools (AI speakers, AI voiceovers, MidJourney, etc.)

What you’ll be doing:

- Editing UGC-style creatives

- Crafting hook-driven cuts for ads

- Creating new video concepts and bringing existing ones to life

- Collaborating closely with the creative team

- Participating in brainstorms and ideating new content directions

- Testing new tools, effects, plugins, and building project templates to speed up workflows
