About the role

At SEPHORA UK, beauty isn’t just what we sell - it’s who we are. It’s the freedom to express yourself, the thrill of discovering something new, and the power of belonging to a community that celebrates every identity. From our beginnings in France to becoming part of the LVMH family, we’ve always pushed boundaries through creativity, innovation, and inclusivity.

Today, as we continue our exciting expansion across the UK, we’re looking for passionate, driven individuals to help shape the future of prestige beauty in one of the world’s most dynamic retail markets.

The Opportunity

At SEPHORA, we're transforming the beauty retail landscape across the UK through an ambitious programme of new store openings, relocations and refurbishments. As we continue to our footprint, we're looking for a Project Manager to join our Property team and help bring these exciting spaces to life.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, Property, you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of construction and fit-out projects across our UK portfolio. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you'll support projects from initial concept through to store opening, helping to create exceptional retail environments that reflect the SEPHORA experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and commercially minded Project Manager who enjoys managing multiple projects, building strong stakeholder relationships and seeing projects successfully delivered from start to finish. You'll join a fast-paced, growing business where no two days are the same and where you'll have a direct impact on the continued growth of one of the world's most iconic beauty brands.

What you’ll be doing…

Support the delivery of new store openings, relocations and refurbishment projects across the UK portfolio.

Manage designated projects through feasibility, design development, construction, handover and store opening phases.

Coordinate project stakeholders including architects, consultants, contractors, landlords and specialist suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.

Develop and maintain project programmes, tracking progress against key milestones and critical deadlines.

Monitor project budgets, cost trackers, purchase orders and forecasts, supporting effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Assist with tender processes, procurement activities and contractor appointments.

Identify project risks, issues and dependencies, supporting the development of mitigation plans and escalating where required.

Manage landlord approvals, statutory submissions, permits, Building Control requirements and project certifications.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor programme progress, quality standards and health & safety compliance.

Coordinate snagging activities and ensure outstanding actions are resolved in a timely manner prior to handover.

Prepare project reports, presentations and progress updates for internal stakeholders and leadership teams.

Support commercial reviews and value engineering initiatives to maximise project performance and deliver value for the business.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management standards, processes and documentation across the Property team.

What you’ll bring…

You'll bring proven experience in project management within retail, hospitality or commercial environments, along with a passion for delivering high-quality spaces that create exceptional customer experiences. Highly organised and proactive, you're comfortable managing multiple priorities and building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Degree qualified in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, Building Surveying, Engineering or a related discipline.

Proven experience delivering retail, hospitality, commercial fit-out or construction projects.

Strong understanding of project management principles and the UK construction process.

Experience managing project budgets, costs, procurement activities and contractor relationships.

Strong commercial awareness and an ability to balance quality, cost and programme objectives.

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach to delivery.

Comfortable working within a fast-paced and evolving environment, adapting to changing business priorities as required.

Willingness to travel regularly across the UK to support project delivery and key milestones.
