Job Title: Senior Flutter Developer

Experience: 6+ Years

Engagement Type: Contract (T&M Basis)

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)

Location: Remote/Hybrid/Onsite (as applicable)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer with 6+ years of overall software development experience and strong expertise in building high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable application components.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver business requirements.

Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and cloud-based services.

Ensure application performance, quality, responsiveness, and security.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.

Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices.

Write unit tests and support application deployment to App Store and Google Play Store.

Work in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Maintain project documentation and technical specifications.

Required Skills

6+ years of software development experience.

4+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter development.

Strong proficiency in Dart programming language.

Experience with State Management approaches such as Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, or GetX.

Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON parsing, and API integrations.

Understanding of mobile application architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture).

Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of Android and iOS platform guidelines and deployment processes.

Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud services.

Exposure to native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development.

Experience with unit testing, widget testing, and integration testing.

Knowledge of secure coding practices and mobile application security.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Employment Type: Contract

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable based on project requirements)

Billing Model: Time & Material (T&M)

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 6 years of IT experience.

Proven experience delivering Flutter applications in production environments.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.
