Business Information Analyst

In this position you will have the opportunity to develop yourself into an expert in the field of configuration, testing, development, reporting and implementation of complete warehouse solutions within the number 1 logistics service provider.

A competitive starting salary between €4.163,- and €5.548,- with growth opportunities up to €6.933,- gross per month

Your new role as Technical Business Information Analyst

As a Technical Business Information Analyst (BIA) at DHL Supply Chain you play a crucial role in the implementation of our standard systems for Warehouse Management, Transport Management and other integrated systems:

Based on the supplied design documents, you and your colleagues determine the best solution within our standard available systems. Using SQL tools you are able to map out complex data and where necessary analyze and solve problems

You configure, test and create documentation for various applications (WMS, TMS, DMS, BI)

You do this for various customers and sites within all sectors in which DHL Supply Chain is active

You ensure that the WMS is integrated with other system solutions and customer systems

Ultimately you are also involved in the go-live and you provide the necessary support in the start-up phase as well as the transfer to the operation and support organization

What DHL Supply Chain is looking for in our new Tech BIA

You have good analytical skills and experience with SQL technology.

You are able to translate what is asked into what is needed and can deliver it.

You have strong communication skills and are able to explain complex information in a simple way. "Simply not possible" does not apply. Everything is possible, but sometimes we have a better solution than requested.

You have a lot of experience with Blue Yonder JDA Discrete

You have a perfect command of the English language, both verbally and in writing. Dutch is optional.
