The Finance Organization drives business value by being a strategic partner in every decision made in support of the Company’s success. We bring a powerful combination of financial expertise, a deep understanding of complex analytics, a thorough knowledge of the risk environment, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of financial integrity.

The internship will be a general Finance internship that will provide opportunities to work in one of the following functional areas of Finance: Corporate Planning & Analysis, Global Commercial Services Finance, US Consumer Services Finance, Global Merchant and Network Finance, Controllership, and Global Treasury.

This position will be based in New York, NY

Minimum Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program

Students must have a graduation date between December 2028 and June 2029

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to analyze and manipulate large amounts of data, spot trends, generate meaningful insights and develop recommendations to drive growth

Strategic thought leadership and creativity in synthesizing data into an easy-to-understand story and articulate key messages across multiple audiences

A strong work-ethic, positive attitude, and highly motivated self-starter with robust interpersonal skills, adapting to change and showcasing the ability to build trust-based relationships within the Finance team and with business partners across locations / geographies

Acting and leading with courage, making decisions quickly, initiating and driving change management processes

Programming skills a plus
