As a Technical Program Manager, you will collaborate closely with engineering, infrastructure, and partner teams to deliver world-class products. You will represent the team internally in various product and cross-functional initiatives, define priorities, bring clarity, and lead continuous agile development.

What You'll Do Wear multiple hats as TPM, EM, and Product to drive results. Champion execution, navigate ambiguity, and lead with clear prioritization and goals. Communicate program plans, status, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders. Identify key technology solutions/services to define the team roadmap. Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.

Skills That Will Help You Succeed 10 to 14 years of experience handling complex programs across multiple teams. Understanding of Software Development & Release Processes. Experience navigating ambiguity and building programs from scratch. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and prioritize. Proven track record of driving impact for users & business. * Desirable: Analytical skills and experience with tools like Tableau.
