Key Responsibilities1. HNI Client EngagementOwn a portfolio of HNI MTF clientsDrive regular engagement through calls, messages, and structured outreachEducate clients on MTF usage, leverage opportunities, and platform features2. Revenue & Book ExpansionIncrease MTF utilization among assigned clientsIdentify upsell opportunities across equity + MTFImprove wallet share per client3. Activation & RetentionReactivate dormant HNI usersReduce churn in high-value segmentsEnsure consistent usage of MTF facility4. Relationship ManagementAct as single point of contact for assigned HNI usersResolve queries in coordination with support/product teamsBuild trust and long-term engagement5.
