Title: Sr. Manager/DGM - User Investing Growth (Intraday IPO)

About Us: Paytm is India's leading digital payments and financial services company. About the Role: We are looking for a growth-oriented and data-driven professional to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention for Intraday Trading and IPO businesses at Paytm Money. The role requires strong analytical thinking, campaign management capabilities, and collaboration across product, marketing, and analytics teams to improve user engagement and business growth.

Expectations/ Requirements: Minimum 3-4 Years of experience and understanding of Intra Day Business. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured thinking. Experience in growth analytics, campaign management, and funnel optimization. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and dashboard/reporting tools is preferred. Understanding of digital growth channels including push, email, SMS, and in-app campaigns. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. Strong communication and presentation skills. Prior exposure to fintech, trading, IPO, or consumer internet businesses will be preferred. High ownership mindset with strong execution orientation and attention to detail.
