Senior Software Engineer - Microsoft Dynamics

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer.

In this role, you will:

Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments

Contribute to large scale planning of strategies

Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments

Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures

Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals

Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications :

Good Development Experience in Java Tech Stack

Experience in .Net development and Dynamic CRM Expertise in: Web Forms, API.

4+ years of Hands-on experience on Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Experience in DB: SQL server / No SQL (Mongo)

Well versed with Agile development methodologies.

Knowledge of microservices arch.

Familiarity with DevSecOps practices(Ci/CD)

Experience with Testing Frameworks

Knowledge of the security best practices.

Azure certification - added advantage

Job Expectations:

Design, develop, test & maintain .Net apps.

Lead & mentor junior developers

Collaborate with cross functional teams.

Troubleshoot / resolve technical issues.

Contribute to tech. discussion & arch. decisions

Good Development Experience in Java Tech Stack

Working Knowledge of TDD/BDD & well versed in Software Development Practices

Must bring a unique Solutions Engineering and development Approach. Must be proficient with Agility, CD & CI interoperability.

Develops Test Automation Framework, Test execution and Service Virtualization components

Continuously involved in testing for functional, regression, smoke, resiliency, and orchestrate chaos testing strategies

Explore continuous inspection capabilities code quality to identify problems before they manifest in production
