Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Platform Development

Design and develop ServiceNow applications, catalog items, workflows and portal capabilities.

Build and maintain Service Portal, Employee Center, Service Catalog, ITSM and custom applications.

Develop reusable platform components and standards.

Deliver secure, scalable and supportable solutions.

Front-End & User Experience

Create modern portal interfaces and service request journeys.

Improve usability and adoption through thoughtful UX design.

Build responsive forms, widgets and guided experiences.

Integration & Automation Architecture

Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and REST APIs, CyberArk, Jira, CMDB, SharePoint, identity systems and automation platforms.

Build orchestration workflows and event-driven integrations.

Develop API standards and integration patterns.

Create scalable automation solutions that reduce manual effort.

Solution Architecture

Produce high-level and detailed solution designs.

Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture.

Define reusable automation and workflow patterns.
