Payment Solutions Specialist

- Improvement of current PSP processes - Coordinate with other departments - Perform testing and quality assurance throughout integrations - Lead internal operational projects - Follow up with providers on performance, KPI’s and transaction troubleshooting - Communicate product changes to all stakeholders

Requirements:

1–2 years' experience in a business within payment operations, preferably in the iGaming sector.

Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams.

Analytical mindset with a focus on identifying efficiencies and solving problems.

A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple deadlines.

Experience working in an international and multicultural environment is a big plus.
