Screen and assess candidates against agreed competencies and programme requirements, communicating effectively with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.

Coordinate interviews, assessment centres and recruitment events, delivering an outstanding candidate experience and ensuring all stakeholders are well informed and supported.

Develop collaborative relationships with universities, candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders to support hiring and talent attraction initiatives.

Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting and pipeline updates within Jobvite and other internal systems, while adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
