Where You’ll Make a Difference

Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of site Environmental, Health and Safety programs.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, corporate standards and Environmental, Health and Safety management systems.

Manage audits, inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations and corrective action plans.

Chair Site Safety Committees and help build a proactive safety culture across employees, contractors and service providers.

Oversee emergency preparedness, fire protection systems, occupational health initiatives and mandatory safety training.

Lead the operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of site facilities, infrastructure, utilities and workplace services.

Manage facilities services, including security, cleaning, food services, mailroom, grounds maintenance and transportation support.

Coordinate infrastructure projects, renovations, workplace improvements, permits, building compliance and capital investments.

Partner with business leaders, suppliers and contractors to manage operational, safety, environmental, financial and compliance risks.

What Makes You the Right Fit

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health and Safety, Business Administration, Facilities Management or a related field.

Significant experience leading Environmental, Health and Safety and Facilities operations in manufacturing, industrial or corporate environments.

Strong knowledge of local regulatory requirements, corporate standards, risk management and safety management systems.

Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams, external contractors, suppliers and service providers.

Experience leading audits, inspections, incident investigations, corrective action plans and continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong background managing operating budgets and capital expenditure projects.

Ability to manage facilities operations, supplier performance, service-level agreements and infrastructure investments.

Strong communication, stakeholder management and decision-making skills.

Ability to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and operational excellence.

How Would You Stand Out?

Advanced degree or professional certification in Environmental, Health and Safety, Facilities Management or Project Management.

Experience managing fleet operations, transportation service providers or mobility solutions.

Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to connect safety, compliance, sustainability and business performance.
