Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled PLC Programmer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation. The ideal candidate should have expertise in programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting PLC systems, particularly Allen-Bradley (AB), Siemens, and Mitsubishi PLCs. The role involves developing automation solutions, supporting commissioning activities, and ensuring smooth machine operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, modify, and maintain PLC programs for industrial automation projects.

Program and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley (AB), Siemens, and Mitsubishi PLCs.

Perform machine commissioning, installation, testing, and startup activities.

Diagnose and resolve PLC, HMI, and control system issues.

Integrate PLCs with HMI, SCADA, VFDs, sensors, and field instruments.

Prepare PLC logic documentation, I/O lists, and technical reports.

Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and production teams during project execution.

Provide technical support during production and maintenance activities.

Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.

Support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Allen-Bradley (AB), Siemens, and Mitsubishi PLC programming.

Experience with PLC troubleshooting and commissioning.

Knowledge of HMI/SCADA systems.

Understanding of industrial communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, and Profinet.

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and control panel schematics.

Familiarity with VFDs, servo systems, and industrial automation components.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Software Knowledge (Any one)

Siemens TIA Portal / STEP 7

Allen-Bradley Studio 5000 / RSLogix

Mitsubishi GX Works / GX Developer

WinCC, FactoryTalk View, or equivalent HMI software
