
Senior EDA Development Engineer
About the role
What you will do
Responsible for building, maintaining, and improving the IC EDA design environment
Guiding design team on how to efficiently utilize available compute resources
Provide tool installation, licensing support and design data management
Advocate for modern best-practices in EDA flow and cross-train IC design designers
Developing methodologies for IC tape-out tasks to ensure DFM and foundry requirements
Work closely across organizations with EDA colleagues internationally
Skills and Background:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
7+ Years of EDA experience within a semiconductor environment
Experience in analog circuit design and simulation debugging capabilities
Strong understanding of analog and power management circuit design principles.
Proficiency with simulation tools such as Cadence or Spice.
Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and their impact on analog circuit design.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
