Job Responsibilities:

- Work with quants and devs to design, implement, and analyze trading system performance.

- Build expertise in option pricing dynamics and trading strategy optimization.

- Analyze risk and discuss the implications with the senior traders.

- Participate in mock trading and other training sessions.

- Actively manage risk and price options in a fast-paced trading environment.

- Work on and manage special projects and build trading tools to continuously improve trading operations.

We are looking for:

- Graduating in 2027 with at least a Bachelors' degree in a STEM field.

- Strong quantitative skills and logical reasoning.

- Excellent verbal and written communication.

- Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
