1. 本科及以上学历，1 年以上游戏行业运营或项目管理经验，具备完整项目管理知识体系，熟练使用 TAPD / Jira / 飞书等协作工具。 2.熟悉游戏版本迭代节奏与研发-市场-发行三方协作链路。 3. 沟通与共情能力强：理解各团队目标与约束，推动共识而非单向下达。 4. 执行力强：结果导向，节奏感强，面对模糊需求能主动拆解、快速推进，抗压能力强。
