Proposal Manager

DESCRIPTION

Is seeking a Proposal Manager to join our growing corporate team. This position will be fully remote.

The Proposal Manager will be responsible for full proposal management lifecycle support to include Proposal Development & Management; Strategy & Collaboration; Content & Design; AI & Technology Integration; and Process Improvement & Knowledge Management.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree required.

3+ years of proposal development experience, preferably within Government consulting services.

Familiarity with GSA schedules and working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).

Proficiency with federal procurement and submission platforms, including eBuy, GovWin, PIEE, Seaport, and SAM.gov.

Expert-level proficiency in MS Word as a desktop publishing tool; strong command of the full MS Office suite, including graphics applications.

Hands-on experience with desktop publishing software (such as Adobe InDesign, Publisher, or equivalent) to produce visually compelling, print- and submission-ready proposal documents.

Proficiency in MS SharePoint and other content management databases.

Demonstrated ability or strong willingness to learn and integrate AI tools for proposal management, content development, and workflow automation.

Flexibility and willingness to adjust schedules as needed to meet proposal deadlines, including occasional surge periods.

Have a C1 or C2 level of English
