Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with expertise in data analysis, PSA tools and Salesforce (SFDC). The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical solutions, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize processes and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain dashboards for security metrics, vulnerability trends, and operational KPIs.

Use SQL and scripting (Python preferred) for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

Configure and customize secure workflows, access controls, and compliance reporting.

Analyze PSA & CRM data to identify patterns impacting profitability and operational efficiency.

Provide day-to-day operational support for services, business systems and processes

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integrity, reporting, and system functionality.

Ensure adherence to operational workflows.

Process Improvement: Identify gaps in security and operational processes, propose solutions, and assist in implementation.

Testing & Validation: Support UAT and ensure deliverables meet both business and security requirements.

Maintain clear documentation for requirements, processes, and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Hands-on experience with professional services automation management platforms (Certinia, Teamwork).

Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) configuration and reporting.

Proficiency in data analysis and automation: SQL, Python, Excel, BI tools, API Development, DAX, data modeling, visualization best practices).

Experience implementing cross-functional cost governance processes and KPIs.

3+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role in software or cybersecurity environments.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, security-focused environment.

Collaborative mindset with attention to detail
