Dental Sterilization Tech - Ensuring Clean Care

Hours: Monday - Thursday 8 - 5 , Friday 8 - 2

Pay: $18.50 - $19.50 / hr.

What You’ll Do:

Sterilization Process: Decontaminates, sorts, cleans, wraps, and sterilizes dental instruments and equipment.

Equipment Maintenance: Operates and monitors autoclaves, ultrasonic cleaners, and heat sealers; records, and documents sterilization cycles, adhering to CDC and OSHA regulations.

Cleans, disinfects, and restocks exam rooms between patients and at the end of the day.

Inventory Management: Manages and orders sterilization supplies and keeps inventory organized.

Safety & Compliance: Follows strict infection control protocols and keeps records of biological and chemical monitoring

What You Need:

High School Diploma or equivalent

CRCST or equivalent certification

Accredited DA program completion a plus

Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented mindset

OSHA regulations knowledge
