About the role

Project description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Delivery Manager with deep expertise in building Python / Pyspark data engineering solutions for a critical Trade Surveillance project built on Q KDB and Python / Pyspark.

Responsibilities

Mentor & guide Python developers & automation engineers in building world class products

Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers

Manage a team of 30+ developers & automation engineers

Prepare delivery plan and liaise with Bank stakeholders in executing the plan

RAID management of project

Leverage Gen AI solutions to improve overall productivity and delivery quality

Skills

Must have

10+ years of expertise as a Python developer or architect

Strong people and stakeholder management experience

Proven ability to build Gen AI utilities and agents

Nice to have

Experience in trade surveillance or any other Banking / Compliance domains
