ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Junior Fulfilment Executive to join our logistics operations team in Surat. This role will be responsible for coordinating the collection of goods from suppliers, monitoring the platform for ready-to-collect items, and ensuring smooth coordination with suppliers and the internal logistics team.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Monitor the platform regularly and compile a list of goods ready for collection.

- Coordinate with suppliers to confirm readiness for goods pickup.

- Work closely with the logistics administration team to ensure timely collection of goods.

- Verify collected goods and accurately update their status in the system.

- Ensure goods received at the office are verified and properly recorded.

- Mark collected goods appropriately in the system to maintain accurate tracking.

- Support the logistics team with quality checks (QC), barcoding, and shipment preparation.

- Collaborate with team members and contribute to improving operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

- 1–2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or coordination roles.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes carefully.

- Basic computer proficiency and comfort working with operational platforms.

- Good communication skills.

- Basic English proficiency (reading and writing).

- Knowledge of Gujarati (written and verbal) is a plus.

- Self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

- Flexible and willing to work extended hours when required.
