This is an opportunity to combine land access expertise, stakeholder engagement, and compliance to help deliver critical network upgrades—particularly within Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) environments.

About the Role

Reporting to the Land Access Manager, you’ll be responsible for facilitating compliant land access and building strong relationships with key stakeholders to support project delivery.

You’ll work closely with internal teams, property stakeholders, and external authorities to ensure access is secured efficiently, risks are managed, and projects stay on track.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Assess project scopes to determine land access requirements across public and private property

Prepare and issue Schedule 3 Land Access Notices in line with legislative requirements

Engage with Body Corporates, Owners Corporations, building managers, and property stakeholders to secure access

Identify property ownership and occupancy, including conducting title searches

Undertake due diligence to assess project impacts, including environmental and property considerations

Support stakeholder engagement initiatives to facilitate network upgrades

Manage enquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally

Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation within internal systems

Collaborate with design, delivery, and construction teams to mitigate risks and delays

Ensure all activities meet telecommunications legislation, planning requirements, and client obligations

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, stakeholder-facing environment and brings:

Experience in telecommunications, land access, property, planning, or similar fields (highly desirable)

Proven experience working with Body Corporates / Owners Corporations, particularly within MDU environments

Exposure to land ownership processes, including title searches and property identification

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence multiple parties

Solid understanding of telecommunications legislation (Schedule 3) or similar regulatory frameworks (desirable)

Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal

Ability to manage competing priorities while working both independently and collaboratively

Strong attention to detail with a focus on compliance and accuracy

Effective problem-solving capability
