The Role:

Healthcare Logistics has a newly created opportunity for an experienced Quality Systems Manager to lead quality systems, regulatory compliance and team performance in a highly regulated healthcare environment.

Reporting to the National Quality Manager, you will help ensure quality and regulatory requirements are met while establishing, implementing and maintaining effective quality systems. You will lead five direct reports and ensure quality systems activities are delivered in line with company procedures, principal expectations and regulatory obligations.

What You Will Do:

Team leadership: Lead the Quality Systems team and key QA relationships.

Compliance oversight: Maintain ISO9001, ISO13485, GMP and regulatory compliance.

Quality systems: Oversee SOPs, documentation, change control and deviations.

Audit support: Lead audits and support ongoing improvement.

Performance measures: Ensure training, reporting and quality measures are met.

Licensing activities: Oversee controlled drug licensing activities.

What We Are Looking For:

Relevant experience: Degree and quality systems management experience.

Technical knowledge: Strong GMP/GDP, ISO9001 and ISO13485 knowledge.

Auditing capability: Extensive quality systems auditing experience.

Regulatory knowledge: Medicines import, wholesaling and pharmacovigilance knowledge.

Advantageous experience: Logistics or Dangerous Goods knowledge.
