EdTech Operations Intern

About the Job

We’re looking for a passionate, organised, and proactive EdTech Operations Intern to join our Operations team. This internship offers hands-on experience in pogramme operations, event coordination, logistics, and educational technology. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals and play a key role in delivering engaging educational pogrammes and events.

What You’ll Do

Support the planning and coordination of after-school programmes, holiday camps, workshops, and educational events.

Assist with pogramme scheduling, student registrations, attendance tracking, and operational administration.

Prepare, organise, and manage learning materials and pogramme resources.

Support inventory management and logistics to ensure programmes run efficiently.

Provide operational support during programme setup and execution.

Coordinate with schools, teachers, parents, and internal teams.

Assist with administrative tasks, documentation, and operational reporting.

Contribute ideas to improve operational processes.

What We’re Looking For

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Google Workspace.

Passion about education, technology, and creting meaningful learning experiences.
