Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support retail sales associates.
Monitor sales performance and help achieve sales goals.
Train, coach, and evaluate staff.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations.
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and merchandising.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with company policies.
Prepare sales reports and assist with scheduling staff shifts.
Support hiring and onboarding of new employees.
