About the role
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare, monitor, and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
Conduct quantity take-offs, measurements, and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ).
Handle tender documentation, cost comparisons, and subcontractor quotations.
Evaluate progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on contractual and cost matters.
Monitor project costs to ensure completion within the approved budget.
Prepare monthly progress claims and payment certificates.
Review and verify subcontractor claims and invoices.
Assist in contract administration and procurement activities.
Maintain proper documentation and records related to project costs and contracts.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
