About the role

In this position, you will serve as a primary contact point for our flagship Booking Platform. You will support users and business partners in Hong Kong, Macau, and other Cantonese-speaking markets by managing reservations, guiding app use, and resolving account issues to deliver exceptional service every time.

Key Responsibilities
Multi-Channel Assistance: Communicate with customers and merchants via call, live chat, and email in fluent Cantonese to address questions and resolve issues effectively.
Booking & Reservation Support: Assist users with making, modifying, or canceling bookings, handling payment processes, and clarifying promotional details.
Partner Collaboration: Connect directly with third-party vendors (hotels, restaurants, and transportation providers) to manage special requests and itinerary adjustments.
App & Technical Support: Guide users through basic mobile app troubleshooting, profile settings, and checkout technicalities.
Customer Care: Apply active listening and empathy to handle difficult situations smoothly and elevate the customer experience.
Record Keeping: Log all customer interactions, notes, and outcomes accurately in our CRM system using Traditional Chinese or English.
What We Are Looking For
Language Requirements
Cantonese: Fluent or near-fluent spoken ability. Strong reading and typing skills in Traditional Chinese are essential for handling written support.
English: Upper-Intermediate (B2 level minimum) for training sessions, internal team comms, and system navigation.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field (graduates in Mass Communication, English, or Hospitality are encouraged to apply).
Experience: Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or hospitality is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome.
Technical Skills: Comfortable with mobile applications, multi-screen navigation, and a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
Flexibility: Open to working rotational shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays, to cover regional service hours.
Eligibility: Open exclusively to local applicants based in Malaysia.
