About the role

DESCRIPTION

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a passionate and experienced Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) to join our LATAM team based in Brazil. As a CSM, you will combine technical leadership with strategic business focus to drive customer value realization, ensuring successful execution and delivery of customer commitments and outcomes for AWS customers.

You will leverage technical knowledge to guide complex implementations, understanding architecture principles, AWS services, and domain-specific challenges. You will drive difficult customer engagements with measurable impact on specific business outcomes, operating in complex environments with minimal guidance, and building trusted relationships with key project-level stakeholders.

This is an opportunity to be a trusted advisor for some of the most innovative companies in Brazil, and LATAM Countries, helping them accelerate their cloud and AI transformation journey and realize the full value of their AWS investment. You will work with AWS technologies including Generative AI, Data & Analytics, and cloud-native architectures while leveraging emerging technologies to scale your impact.
