Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Position Description: AI Engineer to join the Identity and Access Management team in Bangalore. In this role, you will bridge the gap between data science and software engineering, designing, building, and deploying scalable artificial intelligence models and applications. From optimizing classic machine learning algorithms to integrating modern Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), your work will directly drive innovation and power the intelligent features of our core products.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

Model Development & Tuning: Design, build, and train robust machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex business problems.

Generative AI & Agentic Workflows: Implement, fine tune, and deploy foundation models (LLMs, computer vision, or NLP). Build retrieval augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and multi agent AI systems.

Data Engineering Support: Clean, preprocess, and optimize structured and unstructured datasets for training pipelines.

Collaboration & Integration: Work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into our user facing applications.

Performance Optimization: Benchmark and optimize models for latency, cost, scalability, and inference speed in production environments.

Ethical AI Practice: Maintain high standards for data privacy, model bias detection, and explainable AI solutions.

Technical Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and research summaries to justify engineering decisions with measurable value.

Must-Have Skills:

Prompt Engineering: Expertise in Prompt Engineering techniques to maximize model performance and consistency.

AI/ML Frameworks: Deep experience with frameworks.

Generative AI Tooling: Hands on experience with modern AI orchestration tools like LangChain. Solid understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) for securely connecting LLMs to data sources and development tools.

Cloud & Infrastructure: Familiarity with deploying AI applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud (Vertex AI).
