Responsibilities

You will join the People Resourcing Centre and work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead to support hiring for open roles.

Identify and utilize recruitment channels, social media and other creative tools to source candidates and build a sustainable manpower pipeline

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs

Perform end to end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)

Create positive candidate experience for every candidate

Partner government agencies/external parties for hiring initiatives

Requirements

Minimum Diploma/Degree

Min 2 years end to end recruitment experience preferred

Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Takes initiative and able to work under pressure

Good communication skills and likes to interact with all levels of people
