What You Will Do

Lead and oversee the Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes with the shared service provider to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations.

Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, board materials, and oversee intercompany transactions, capital projects, GST reporting, treasury, and statutory financial reporting.

Monitor accounts receivable, perform sales reconciliations, analyze aged balances, and drive timely cash collection through root cause analysis.

Strengthen financial controls by supporting internal and external audits, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, process improvements, and risk mitigation initiatives.

Partner with business stakeholders to improve financial performance, support budgeting and special projects, and drive the company's digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications You Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting with strong exposure to Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

Experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, auditing, GST reporting, and intercompany accounting.

Proficiency in SAP/S4HANA, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting/ERP systems.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a solid understanding of accounting standards and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
