Premier Team Manager (Onshore & Offshore)

Our client, a leading retail bank, is looking for highly driven Premier Team Managers to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities: -

Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Relationship Managers to achieve sales and service excellence.

Set clear performance objectives and monitor KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals.

Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Drive acquisition of new clients and grow assets under management (AUM).

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute targeted campaigns.

Work closely with product specialists, investment advisors, and other internal stakeholders.

Deliver holistic financial solutions that meet clients' evolving needs.

Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Ensure full compliance with international banking regulations (e.g., FAA, FATCA, CRS).

Proactively manage risks and maintain high standards of governance and ethical conduct.

Requirements: -

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Possess relevant accreditation (M1B, M5, CM-EIP (M6, M8), CM-SIP (M6A, M8A), M9, M9A and HI)

Proven track record of success in wealth management, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, including leadership roles.

Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management strategies.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead through change.
