Job Title: Senior Production Manager Location: Ahmedabad Salary: ₹7.5 – ₹9.5 LPA Experience: 12–18 Years Industry: Agrochemical / Chemical Manufacturing
Job Responsibilities:
Plan and manage daily production operations.
Achieve production targets while ensuring quality and safety.
Optimize plant capacity, manpower, and production processes.
Coordinate with QA, QC, Maintenance, and EHS teams.
Drive Lean Manufacturing, OEE improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, ISO standards, and safety regulations.
Lead, train, and mentor production teams.

Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S
OEE Improvement
SAP/ERP Knowledge

Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Industrial Engineering (MBA/M.Tech preferred)
Preferred Industry: Agrochemical, Pesticide, Crop Protection, Specialty Chemical, Fine Chemical, or Chemical Manufacturing.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
