Test Analyst (SDET) - API Automation

Testing using AI (AI Testing + Python Skill (UI Automation))

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on AI Test Automation Engineer to support intelligent test generation using tools like Augment Code, GitHub Copilot, and Amazon Q.

The candidate will work closely with QA and development teams to automate Mobile ,Desktop and Web based applications, leveraging prompt engineering and AI-assisted tools.

Key Responsibilities

Use AI tools (e.g., AugmentCode, Copilot, Amazon Q or any Vibe coding tools) to generate UI test cases from requirements and web apps.

Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python

Apply prompt engineering techniques to refine AI-generated test cases and scripts.

Integrate AI-generated test assets into CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.

Collaborate with QA leads to validate and enhance test coverage using AI insights.

Troubleshoot and optimize test scripts for reliability and performance.

Required Skills

Experience in UI test automation using Python

Hands-on experience with AI-based test generation tools - AugmentCode, Copilot , Amazon Q or any Vibe-coding tools

Good understanding of Agentic AI, prompt engineering and natural language-based test refinement.

Proficiency in python for automation scripting.

Familiarity with requirement analysis, test data creation, and defect triaging.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and Agile practices.
