We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems - across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector - co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.

Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.

The Role

As a Internal Communications, Lead, you will define and own the voice of the company internally, ensuring every employee - regardless of level - feels informed, connected, and clear on how their work drives the mission forward. This is a newly created role designed to bring structure, strategy, and consistency to internal communications, so the organization can scale transparently and effectively.

You will build the internal communications function from the ground up in a fast-growing, innovative company that values transparency. Your work will ensure employees understand the company’s direction, their role in it, and how to access the information they need. Over time, you will transform internal communications from a support service into a strategic function that enables the company to navigate change, reduce silos, and maintain alignment at scale.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute the company’s first internal communications strategy, including channel governance, messaging frameworks, and editorial cadences.

Design and deliver high-impact company-wide communications, such as All-Hands meetings, leadership Q&As, and major announcements.

Create a change management playbook to guide internal communications during organizational shifts, policy updates, and strategic pivots.

Build a culture storytelling engine that connects daily work to the company’s mission, values, and long-term vision through multiple formats.

Establish governance and metrics to measure the effectiveness of internal communications, including employee engagement and feedback loops.

Design a scalable communications infrastructure that supports rapid growth, such as a 2x headcount expansion.

Reduce information overload by streamlining communication flows and ensuring employees know where to find critical updates.

Conduct regular employee engagement surveys to assess communications effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

What We're Looking For

8+ years of internal communications experience, ideally in fast-growing or scaling tech companies and highly exposed environments.

Proven track record in senior roles, building and executing company-wide communications strategies from scratch.

Direct experience advising and partnering with C-suite or senior leadership, with the ability to build trust quickly and navigate competing priorities diplomatically.

Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to craft crisp, engaging narratives from complex, multi-stakeholder topics.

Demonstrated ability to lead through change management, such as organizational restructures, policy changes, or cultural shifts.

Comfortable operating with ambiguity and building structure where little exists, with a bias for action.

Strong project management skills, able to run multiple high-visibility workstreams simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Experience working across international or remote teams and communicating to a diverse, global workforce.

What We Offer

We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance.
