Role: Veterinary Receptionist/Veterinary Assistant hybrid role

Status: Full-time

Salary: Negotiable and based on experience

Schedule: Flexible scheduling with some evening shifts and rotating Saturdays

Requirements: Veterinary experience preferred but not required

What You'll Do

Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion.

Manage multiple phone lines and provide exceptional telephone service.

Schedule appointments and help coordinate the hospital's daily workflow.

Process payments and assist clients during check-in and check-out.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Update client and patient information accurately.

Assist veterinary technicians with safe patient handling and restraint.

Help monitor patients and communicate concerns to the medical team.

Clean and prepare treatment, exam, and patient-care areas.

Assist with ordering and stocking hospital supplies.

Support veterinarians, technicians, and teammates wherever needed.
